Looking to transfer contract
Posted: Wed Sep 09, 2009 3:10 pmI have paid the deposit and some subsequent payments on a top floor apartment with solarium in AP1 (AP1-B7-3-14). I am looking for someone to transfer the contract onto and then subsequently complete. I will accept a reasonable price to "buy me out". My agent has said that the developer has confirmed it is ok to transfer the contract. They need a photocopy of the buyer's passport together with all the usual address, telephone and email contact details. They can then draw up new contracts.
