What is everyone else doing with the first staged payment due to go out on 15/2 has anyine sent the funds to the morrocan bank account. I dont want to incur the charges if the funds are not in

I would be more concerned about when you are going to receive definitive on your unit such as location, floor plans, planning permission, timescale, commencement of build, building permits, land title etc. Very keen to collect money Fadesa on providing very little information.

I just got 16.46, which I think is down on a few days ago, but I based all my rough working on 16, so I think it's ok.
What's everyone else getting?

The dirham is tied to €, As the market was expecting an interest rates hike in Uk, this was built into the value until yesterday.
As Uk rates had been held and ECB has indicated that it will raise the € rates next month, thus the difference.
