I would be more concerned about when you are going to receive definitive on your unit such as location, floor plans, planning permission, timescale, commencement of build, building permits, land title etc. Very keen to collect money Fadesa on providing very little information.

As Uk rates had been held and ECB has indicated that it will raise the € rates next month, thus the difference.
