I'm new to all this. Thinking about going for one of the apartments at Kabila. Possibly a top floor 2 bed with solarium. I like the idea of a jacuzzi too (nothing dodgy mind)
Just wondering what I can expect legal costs to be approx - any ideas?
I'm trying to find out how much the investment would cost in total (assuming the apartment costs £68k)
Any help would be appreciated!

Got this from a website:
Should allow for around 5% of the purchase price.
This is made up as follows:-
Registration fees 2.5%
Notary's Tax 0.5%
Notary's fees 1.0% to a max of 2,500Dh
Land registry 1.0%
Sundry expenses 2000 Dh
You should also allow for the cost of a solicitor. I've not bought in Morocco before, but my solicitor for Bulgaria cost 1800 Euro

Thanks for the replies.
Any other estimates, especially for independent legal advice?
Are you all planning on using an independent solicitor?

My agent has suggested a company called CBA Law from Norwich, who dealt with alot at Playa vista. He said it should cost around £1000. I would be up for saving some cash on a group deal as well.
