Important Meeting !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Postby wheresmyjacuzzi » Tue Dec 12, 2006 5:06 pm

There will be an important meeting at the following solicitors:

Waffle, Bodget and Chargethroughthenose.
Beagle Lane
London

The Agenda will be a follows:

1. Will my Jacuzzi be a six seater or an eight seater Jacuzzi.

2. Will it have a TFT television attached.

3. Will it have underwater lighting.

4. Will it be supplied with ALL chemical treatments (not just a sample pack) or will I have to pay for them seperately.

Having read the contracts on this there is absolutely no mention of a Jacuzzi :?: . I have previously consulted 8 sets of solicitors (and had to sleep with Emma Morris at CBA Law) regarding this matter and whilst the matter is somewhat still in the air, no-one can find mention of a Jazuzzi in my contract.

The meeting will happen in 17 minutes at the solicitors. If your reading this more than 18 minutes having posted, sorry, you've missed the meeting.

Remember to bring the following documentation for Bunny Laundering purposes, your passport, bank statements, 6 utility bills, a picture of you and next door neighbours dog holding a bone (Note: thats the dog holding a bone).

Cost £1,000 and you will get a Jacuzzi report emailed to you which has a paragraph at the end stating further legal advice should be taken.

Thanks

Please Note:
Takenoprisoners will not be attending because hes a grumpy so and so, a selection of cheesy assortments (sorry, no quavers) will be served after the meeting.

hello everyone;

Long time with out a post have been dealing with Fadesa for quite a few months now and I must say the company looks great on paper however once you scratch the surface it is the MOST unprofessional, unorganised and poorly run company I have ever seen. Management does not exist and Kabila is an example of how this company approaches everything in a very slap dash way, manana manana.

They have provided zero marketing and sales material. Unclear on Specs etc. They have gone to market without planning and as a result it has been a mess. On top of this they wanted the most basic and may I add illegal contracts to be signed, and then withdrawn. There are no clear answers from Fadesa.

On top of this Fadesa is planning to increase prices 20% as they have miscalculated their returns (amateurs!). Just because Fadesa needs to make more money does not mean that these apartments (without Air con) are worth anymore. Look at comparable property developments around. This is also not good news as they tell existing customers (who they say- nothing in writing may I add- that they will keep the original prices) as there is so much bad publicity around this development, coupled with can the market support 20% increase, looks nice on paper- what?s the reality?!

Also, bank guarantees need to be asked for as they are not a given. Fadesa is chopping and changing apartments around with villas, how long has it been since deposit cheques were sent???

Finally, on the grapevine, Fadesa is trying to negotiate the sale of over 80% of the development to a SINGLE investor, they wish to off load this turkey! how will the percentage increase been achieved if Fadesa do this? does this down value individual purchasers? Whatever is said Fadesa changes their minds like the wind, a company with zero customer relations run by unprofessional people.

I for one will not be doing business with Fadesa.

good luck getting a jacuzzi my friend, you'll be lucky to get four walls and a roof to support it. If its this hard at the beginning what do you thing is going to happen with their antiquated Letras payment system or when it comes to snagging etc, who you going to talk to.

Hello

You are very wise. Fadesa does not have a concept of snagging nor a after sales department.

As, I said in one of my post making properties for poor fishermen in Galicia ( who were only greatful for a roof over their head ) is very different to operating in non fishermens/ international market.

After a second meeting we consulted a Barrister who went through the contracts with a fine tooth comb.

Apparantely my apartments do come with a Jacuzzi, the problem is, in the contracts its called a hot tub.
