I speak Italian not French so my translation may leave something to be desired, but I think it basically says that they have granted planning permission in principle with a few conditions, namely:
- They increase the capacity of the hotel
- Fadesa provide tehnical plans on how they will improve the road and access to the road that runs in front of the development
- Fadesa provide a list of equipments (?) accompanying the project (???)
- And, they also provide the fashon in which the residential parts of the project (the aparments) will be managed (e.g. a syndicate, cooperative etc)
Sound like technicalities to me.
I have a colleague who is fluent in French and I'll ask her to translate on Monday.
