BANK GUARANTEE

Just read that one of the forum members mentions that his solicitor has confirmed that there is no BG.

I find this surprising, he/she as a solicitor should know that no bank will give a guarantee until the planning permission has been granted. As Fadesa does not have the planning permission it stands to reason that no BG is availible.
