Well, all I can do is go along with what I've been told by my agent:

1) 24th Aug - told I had been allocated a 2 bed apt, top floor with solarium as requested, but no specific number as yet
2) 31st Aug - Allocated Apt 14, Block 1, AP1
3) 4th Sep - confirmation from Fedesa through agent that apt reserved, £2000 reservation fee would be charged in about 10 days and contract in 1 approx 1 month

So currently have no reason to doubt (apart from other people's experience communicated via this forum)

Until last night I thought the same as you. We were allocated an apt in Block 1 of AP1 on 1st Sept, then confirmed a few days later, so thought all was done and dusted. I must admit I read some of the posts on here thinking - well at least we haven't had any problems like that. Then last night out of the blue we got a call from our agent - and we don't blame him at all - telling us that Fadesa had allocated our apt to someone else and we were being offered one further back. So I would check again with your agent just to be sure!

Hi All,

Firstly the location that scottie dog has given on the google earth image is spot on. I have just been to the plot this weekend with a client and have written full details of the whole day along with about 20 resort and plot pictures.
