What's happening at Alcudia Smir?

Kabila - What do you know

Postby Stevie » Wed Aug 23, 2006 3:59 pm

Hello

Firstly thanks to those who have set up this site which i am sure will be of real use for anyone interested in the development.

I like others (i assume) have reserved and been allocated a provisional apartment.

A few things that i would like to hear from others about:

Location - Has anyone any information as to the areato be used for the development and also surrounding areas.

Initial Allocation - I only gave brief details of my requirments to the agents and have been allocated a provisional apartment. Although i will be given more information soon, does anyone have any information or thoughts on the postion of the apartments, the layouts, which will have sea view etc..

Thanks

Steve

I requested a 2 bed apartment, top floor with a solarium and sea views. I haven't received confirmation back on the request yet. I expect they will block apartments off for early reservations and then allocate then to individuals.

I have also looked at the area for the development on Google Earth. I will try and attach a picture and a book mark. If you have google earth (it's free) then you can zoom right in on the development plot (really good resolution).

It looks as though there's a road between the development and the beach, but there's not a lot of development around it currently. It's just down the road from a town (Fnideq?) and not far from the two marinas (Marina Smir and Marina Kabila).

I'm afraid I've failed to attach anything or include the picture :? ! Any advice on how to do this welcome.....

Can you share? All I've been told at the moment is the following:

One bedroom apartments of approximately 48m² at an approximate price of €70,000 which includes VAT and air conditioning. Two bedroom apartments around 71m² on the ground floor with a garden of approximately 30-40m² for about €86,000 and a 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor without a solarium for approx. €91,000 and with a solarium approx. €97,000. Three bedroom apartments of approximately 87m² are about €112,000.

I have to say these developers are now in a extremely good position to charge allot more because of the interest shown by ex PV and anxious people with there deposits, they have not confirmed prices and can if put them up and up. We need to get secured pricing.

How are you getting your allocation - from the developer or through an Agent? My agent knows nothing more at this stage regarding actual allocations,
