Besides the current position of allocation etc. You should worry if your cheque is cashed and no allocation is made or an allocation which you would not choosen.

Shak. As i have not received a plot allocation i can't make a decision about a change of location. Some people have plot no. others don't ?

Would one pay something specially a large amount like £2000, withouit knowing what one is getting for it and at what price.

I certainly will not......

Todd,
I've got my allocation (though no plan so don't know how well positioned it is). The Agent has contracts waiting for us but has refused to pass them on (quite rightly) until we've seen the plans and agreed we're happy with our allocations..

As such, my cheque hasn't been cashed and I have clearly instructed my agent, in writing and with written confirmation, that my cheque will not be cashed without 6 days notice.
