Next Phase Released by Fadesa

Got the drawings and spec above from my agent today...

They also said that the next phase will be released next week and that the prices will be 5% higher (although their first email - which was hastily corrected - got me excited as it said it would be 20% higher)...

I'm a little surprised at this, as I would have tought with the level of demand experienced would have seen the prices at least 10% higher.

Still - our properties go up 5% in value possibly slightly more as ours are nearer the front of the development. Covers the cost of the purchase at least..

It'll be interesting to see if demand in the next phase remains high as this will be a key indicator to the potential future value of the properties...
