Group Purchasers

Hang on a minute - if there are more than 30-40 people looking to move to Kabila - then surely we can get a great discount. I too will be looking at a purchase here (thanks again Colin) however surely we are in a position whether direct with Fadesa or with agent to obtain a discount. Any comments!!

Im sorry, Im all for saving money, but on what basis would Fadesa give a discount??

They are going to sell lets say I dont know how ever many properties are in the development e.g. lets say 300 for example. So what youre saying is that all buyers just need to say they know each other and are a group then everyone gets a discount? Thats not going to happen my friend.

If you as an individual want to buy 40 units then thats fine Im sure theyll give you a discount. Errr if everyone wants to give their money to one person and that person buy all the properties??? Im afraid not my friend.

Oh and Bob, don't want to get into any tittle tattle. All of us that are looking for an investment or place in the sun, all want the same. It's an investment after all, whether were proffesional at what we do or first time buyers - we all want the same, the best deal and to make money. How do you know we have'nt got agents now falling over us, offering us discounts because they know of our situation with PV. I'm getting pissed off with people putting there pennies worth in, it helps no-one. If your here to buy then stay and give good input, if your an agent trying to stir things up, go away.

Im afraid thats just the way it is with online forums. Thats the problem. ANYONE can post and read whats on here.

Companies can see the names of posters. They can scour all the fourms and actually deduce where certain people have bought. Then send the marketing accordingly.

This is something that will no doubt change with time regarding forums/internet. As things always do.

Next thing we know Sarah Monday will be on here. Porty has a very good point and the buyers group from Playa Vista which Porty is a member of was approached and offered a group discount so no she is neither stupid or naive

Fourthly, no you have not got rid of me. Neither can you. That is the power of internet forums. Sarah Monday has every right to be on here. Did you not learn that yet?

Fifthly, 'thought Playa Vista was wonderful'? Is that supposed to be sarcasm, or supposed to hurt? If it is not wonderful, why are you still interested? Why form a group? Why bother and buy? YOU must find something wonderful.
