I have just joined this forum today and wondered if anyone is keen to buy a 2 bed apartment in AP!.
Due to financial problems i am unable to complete on this ground floor unit. I have paid already the 40% deposit and am due to complete in the next 6 weeks. I am open to offers as i realise the market is not so strong at present. Please email me on mark@epsglobal.co.uk[/b]
