Furniture Morocco

Hi Guys,

I just wanted to let you know that I am an AP1 purchaser based in Ireland.

AP1 now has a planned completion date of May 2009.

It looks like Fadesa Maroc are not going to have a management company onsite so therefore issues like furniture will have to be sorted out by the clients themselves.

I already own two apartments built by Fadesa in Guadalmina just outside Marbella.

I used a company called Christina Herrera Decoracion based in Marbella to furnish these properties, one being for rental and the other for personal usage. Christina Herrera is an interior designer and the furniture provided was very competitively priced and the level of service was excellent.

They have been working in Morocco for the last few years given the downturn in business on the Costa del Sol and have furnished a number of properties in Saidia, another Fadesa development. Quality modern furniture in Morocco is very hard to source and I personally prefer to use a specialist company for this.

They have complete furniture packages for the following costs:
One Bedroom €10,000
Two Bedroom €11,000
Three Bedroom €15,000

I would have absolutely no hestation in recommending Christina to any Alkudia Smir purchasers.

Just to let you know I spoke to Shane Hickey today from Fadesa Ireland and I believe Fadesa Maroc are coming to Dublin on Februray 7th. I will post more details as I have them.
