Some comments on contract from Solicitor

I recently received the first review of the contract Ts&Cs from my solicitor (the company who took over from Grace & Co).

In summary, any amendments to the contract that they requested on my behalf were flatly rejected by Fadesa.

No real surprise as it is consistent with what people have said before.

I get the impression that some of it doesn't matter as the contract is at odds with the law and therefore it couldn't be enforced (law wins over contract).
