Hi I am interested to purchase a villa.

Do You think that I have to use a solicitor for the contract.
As Fadesa is a large compagny, I thought that the proposed agreement would be standard and correct?

Does it give avantages or is it a waste of money?

Many thanks for your help.

Irrespective of how reputable the company etc you'd be crazy not to have an independent solicitor. Think it's always money well spent and you can't afford NOT to get legal advice.
Good luck with it!

While i'm at it...has anybody else been on site or planning a trip soon? Was great to see recent progress photos. Would appreciate opportunity to get ongoing feedback....

Thanks for the advice.

As far as I know they started to move lots of soil away and Fadesa will soon open their office on the site.

Have you heard of a solicitor specialised in moroccan properties.

thanks
