June Payment

According the the payment schedule, there was another interim payment due on 5th June.

Has anyone paid this?

I forgot, but Fadesa haven't chased

My payment schedule stated the 5th May.My next one is August.

Im sure its just a clerical error but i received a letter from Fadesa couple of weeks ago stating that i havent made any of my stage payments and am in danger of losing apartment as there is considerable other interest in my apartment. I have, & have the morroccan bank statements showing money going in & somebody taking the exact 57,000ish out on roughly the correct dates.
Unfortunatly ive been away for a few weeks so havent called back, I will call on monday but was just curious to see if anybody else has had this issue.

The same thing has happened to us. There was confusion from the outset when opening a moroccan bank account, now they tell us that they are not in receipt of our scheduled payments.We have all the transfer paperwork and have faxed this to them. We called Fadesa last Thursday for an update and we are currently awaiting their reply.

I haven't set up a bank account - I'm sending the payments by CHAPS/BACS

i'm doing the same as you scottiedog - but i have been wondering could there be issues on sale with getting the funds out of morroco ?

Possibly, but when it comes to completion and actually owning the property, I will be setting up a bank account (would need to pay the utility bills etc. through that account as a minimum)

spoke to fadesa this morning & its all sorted, and i got the impression that were not the only ones that had the letter & there aware its their admin gone a bit wrong, so im sure your issue will be sorted soon.
