yeah i think you right about that...though not necessarily a bad thing. on a positive note i had a letter from my solicitor today which clearly stated thae had received confirmation of land ownership and building permit...so for me that's a BIG step in the right direction. whatever a bout phase 2, at least it satisfies me as to the liklihood of our phase being okay. Solicitors were a little dubious about the lack of detail in contract...especially re floor plans....so i guess that mirrors concerns of Mr Bigglesworth. Overall though..... i'm happier :D

how many people have got their contracts i'm starting to think that they will try to selloff the better plots to these bigger investors keeping the smaller ones hanging then shifting them from lesser plot to lesser plot & just end up with the one just behind ap1 in the bottom of the dip

Why do you guys have to take this S***, from any developer. Surely you must have some dignity and self respecrt and not to be treated in this manner.

The properties are not given out for free !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We all know how you feel so please stop banging on about it. I believe you have some good advice to offer, but unfortunately I'm getting sick of hearing the same old opinions. I used to use this forum quite a lot, but I suspect I am not alone in saying that I am getting bored by people like you, who have no intention of buying at Alkudia Smir, criticising others who want to take a risk, for their own reasons.

I know you'll say free speech and all that, but please feel free to offer your opinions elsewhere and leave the forum for genuine buyers who want to share information about purchasing a property at Alkudia Smir
