Anyone heard anything yet? Been told Fadessa are moving offices at the mo.

I've now been allocated my apartment and given a definite price. It's no longer in the "Parcelle" it was originally intended to be in. It was going to be in AP8 (which is now AP1). Instead I'm in AP4 which was previously AP7, adjacent to the new AP1 at the front of the development (behind the aparthotels). I'm overlooking the pool still so should be OK, although AP4 is deeper than AP1 so I may be further away from the front.

Now waiting for the plans of that parcelle before making a final decison.

The price is a bit higher than I'd hoped, but the increase is offset by the currently favourable £/EURO exchange rate.

Anyone else heard anything about their allocations?

Just got mine:-

AP1 Block 9 Floor 3 - aprtment 14 @ 105,992.

Not too sure if it's great allocation - can anyone give advice, drawings not very clear.

Mine's AP4 Block B12 1st floor apartment No.7 at € 85,407.

We heard yesterday that we have been allocated an apartment in AP1, Block 1, Floor 2 at 86,963 euros. We were disappointed because on the plans we had AP1 was right at the back, but having now read on lots of posts that AP1 is now where AP8 was - at the front - we feel a lot better. Just need to confirm that with the agent and I think we'll be happy to go with that. Just one point - everyone seems to have been quoted different prices - any ideas why?

I was told that AP4 prices were 5% higher than AP1. Don't know why...

AP1 Block 1 is right in the Eastern corner of that parcelle, so you're right at the front of the site, with the hotel to your right beyond some landscaping and parking spaces. Should have a nice view of the sea over the top of the aparthotels and restaurants at the front...

AP4 are not 5% higher than AP1 the prices are exactly the same

Got my allocation - Apt 14, Block 1, AP1 (2 bed top with solarium). If you stand on tip toes I reckon you'll see the sea!

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I was told that AP4 were supposed to be 5% higher but are being sold at the AP1 price for those being moved from AP1 to AP4 due to the over allocation of AP1.

I have received the same allocation as yourself (AP4 Block B12 Apt 7) - very strange. This was apparently confirmed by Fadesa! Can I ask who your agent is?

Are the prices for AP 4 supposedly 5% higher because it is phase 2 of the launch? If so then there is no real favour.

C & G, I wouldn't worry too much, Fadesa are moving offices at the moment. They told me that they will be looking at the allocations again this week after the move. They already know that there are problems with allocations.
