in 2007 I acquired an appartment in AP7, to be delivery, at most in 2009. As everybody knows, they`ve been delaying this project for many reasons. This way in 2011 I agree with them to reinburse the money I signaled in a maximum period of 2 years. At this point, after many mails and calls, they´re trying to avoid to asume what they signed as ´the company has no money at all' answer. I am going to start the claiming process in court, as they´re clearly not assuming their responsabilities.
