When will the whole complex be finished?

Hello,
I recently bought an appartement. I was just pondering when the whole complex would be finished. For example, when will the hotel be operational? When will the andalucian gardens be finished? Does anybody have some insight information?

I have heard the aparthotels have been sold to someone who plans to hold on to them for a while, then resell for a profit.
There has been no news about the hotel or gardens.

That's too bad. It would really bring the complex to live if there was a hotel.

Hi Oulad,
Hotel's potential buyers are waiting for the full project to complete(AP and V).
Apartment or villa potential buyers are waiting for the infrastructure (hotel,commercial center, gardens) to complete.
And Finaly the developer being short in cash is waiting both investissors.
Excelia is now completing part of the project for witch they get money
(Summer 2012 : AP5,Summer 2013 AP7,....)

So it is not really clear when everything will be finished. What a piety, the place has so much potential. I was wondering, how do people with no french or arabic conduct their business? What if you want to sell your property or get the electric bill, who reads your documentation?
