Villa - how much does a meter of garden cost?

Went to see it in June but decided I didnt like the position and asked to change to one further back (the fishish in my opinion was very good by the way). The new one, also in V1, has 13 meters more garden and costs 5% more, or 71.000 dhs. Seem a lot. Am I being ripped off? Can anyone who has looked at various villas give me the price changes according to the meters of garden. They also said that a better view costs more money which is news to me. Thanks!
